It’s easy to arrange a consultation session with Terri Steuben, and you can schedule as much or as little time as you need. Phone sessions range from 15 minutes—for a few quick questions—to 30 minutes or one hour. Home visits are a minimum of one hour. Many discussions can take place over the phone; however, there are some issues that are better addressed in person.
Before your phone or in-person appointment, you should write down all of the questions you have for Terri. This is important and saves valuable time during your session. It also allows you to make sure you talk about the topics that are important to you. (It is not necessary to send your questions in advance.) Have a pen and paper handy during the session in case you want to jot down the information and advice Terri gives you.
Phone sessions are paid for in advance by credit or debit card (via PayPal—but you don’t need a PayPal account). Go to the Order Now page to get started.
Once you’re on the PayPal site, you’ll see “Notes for Terri.” Click the “Add” button and a message window will appear where you can type your first and last name, address, phone number(s), pet name(s), type of pet/breed and your general concerns. Or you can email Terri with this information and explain what you need help with; please be sure to also include your first and last name, address, phone number(s) and pet(s) name(s).
Terri will contact you via email to set up your appointment day and time; she will also give you a private phone number to call. At the appointed time, Terri will pick up the call when you identify yourself and your consultation will begin. Terri asks for 24-hour notice when you need to change or re-schedule an appointment; otherwise a re-scheduling fee will be applied.
If you live in Southern California, you can arrange an in-person visit with Terri. Home sessions are a minimum of one hour in length and can be paid for by cash or check at the time of the session.
If you prefer to use a credit or debit card, you’ll need to pay in advance of your home visit via PayPal. Go to the Order Now page to get started. If your session runs more than the scheduled time, Terri will let you know and add a bit to the total due. If you live a long distance from Terri, a trip charge might apply; she will discuss this with you at the time you book the session.
